Description:
Sometimes, sports are more than just fun and games. Throughout history, a number of moments made us realize sports can be larger than life. They can teach us valuable lessons, too.

And over time, we’ve seen some incredibly emotional sports moments. Teams and players put on brave and courageous performances through times of hardship. And yes, we all shed a tear.

I’m Justin Fraction, and today we present 10 sports moments that made everyone cry.

I think what made me cry harder than Brett Favre in that game against the Raiders was his HOF speech. God that was touching. Not going to lie though, KD’s MVP speech was a real tearjerker.

I still cry when I see Mohammed Ali lighting the torch at the 1996 Olympic games in Atlanta. The man was so much more than sports. He transcended sports and politics as he went around the world to fight. I think only a select few even knew he was the one to light the torch. So when he came out, the reaction from Bob Costas was absolutely genuine. The choices you made for this list are great. Yet, I just think this one needed to be included.
