Groundbreaking for the new building turned into a nightmare!

Join me as I go through one of the most stressful weeks I have had in a long time. Dealing with the building permits from the city, constant rain and mud, and then my entire google account was DELETED! I was stressed out for real. Thankfully by the end of the week things had settled down a bit but I really need a good day, and SOON! Enjoy

This was painful to watch... While we already knew things were rough, it peaked when a gentleman who was vetted from a competitor showed up for one day, and never came back. You put 200% into everything you do, but so few give you anything back. It's time for a change. You deserve some respect, Ryan.

Someone please explain to me why a 63 year old southern black woman from Seattle is in love with this channel. I tried to not like it, but he has great content and delivery of his channel. A simple down to earth good people. So refreshing to see on here. Good respectful kids and a great family man. I love the relationship he has with his workers.

I honestly don’t know how Ryan puts up with all the mistakes, not listening, not showing up etc. and still give bonuses and pay for lunch and everything else he does. Nobody is perfect and the guys make mistakes but to continue to make the same mistakes over and over and not try harder when your boss rewards you for showing up on time when you’re supposed to do that anyway is ridiculous. I love the guys and don’t want to be negative but it’s frustrating and I wish they’d just try harder and focus. Come on guys wake up!
