Forgot the parking brake. The last thing you want to do with a scissor jack is to let the car rock back and forth while you're changing a tire. They don't call it a widowmaker jack for nothing...

Good video, but NEVER use a finger, hand, or body part to check a bite for clearance. Bad example: She used her entire hand to check the tire was off the ground. Safety always first.

Place the spare tire under the car whist you are getting the nuts off , so if the car falls off the jack, it cannot hit the ground
