I take it the interior was fully gutted. I didn't see much for insulation and only the mains for electrical. Sure comes down faster than they go up.

Actually those vintage tricycles do have collector value... but oh well...!

In the video it shows the mold growing on the left gable. This is why we should paint our houses every 5 years whether it needs it or not. And NOT is not a suggestion.

If you watch it in reverse, you can watch a cat 323 build a house.

Most of the people here are complaining about either the house or that tricycle being destroyed. If the homeowner wanted to keep the tricycle they would have taken it. Stop whining about it.
