* If you don't like Spicy food please do not add a lot of the chili flakes.
* Add Pasta water if your sauce is thick or to your preferred consistency.
* We add a bit of sugar is balance the acidity of the tomato paste.
* Yes you can either use brown or white sugar.

Love this video! A tip, cut your videos in between so it’s more interesting to watch👍🏼 and also I’m not 100% sure but I think you using a metallic beater in that pan can mess up your hormones and can be dangerous!
