Give that subscribe button a big SPEAR 🙌
  • Mick Foley has made many wrestlers big stars Triple H, Randy Orton, The Rock and of course Edge. Not only Mick Foley deserves his flowers because of the work he’s done for the business but also propelling guys to Main Eventers and Legends themselves 🐐

Randy said the exact same thing about Mick what a goat
  • @ROBken2654

Mick is the guy you put to put young talent over and not flop at it and they become the greatest stars in WWE. He worked with Randy, Edge, Samoa Joe, Cena, Jericho. He should be a legend in everybody’s mind
  • Mick Foley. The patron saint of craving main eventers out of sheer violence.
  • @blademidnights
i absolutely love mick foley. what he’s done for so many people is just so amazing
  • @Capta1nAsh
Mick elevated Triple H in Rumble 2000, Orton at Backlash 2004 and Edge here
  • 100% Absolutely agree. Edge vs Foley was the match that made him the certified main event player we know him as today.

Mick was the master artificer of the WWF/WWE: he MADE the stars. Edge, HHH and Orton all owe their success to the iconic hardcore matches each of them had with him, and he was a big contributor to the rise of the Rock as well. And as someone else pointed out, his iconic Hell in a Cell match against Taker (my favourite match of all time, period) really helped advance and solidify Undertaker's character as he moved further on from the "western mortician" gimmick into his "Lord of Darkness" one.
  • Edge vs Mick is still one of my favourite matches of all time and maybe my favourite WWE match of all time especially, it's not a technical masterpiece of any kind but the emotion I felt watching it the first time when I was like 8 was unlike anything else.
  • I’ve never even thought about it but he’s so right. That match with Mick Foley really elevated him to the next level, still one of my favorite mania matches of all time
  • @BZM18
Edge seems like such a wholesome guy
  • @Calluma96
Wrestlemania 22 will always be my favourite
  • @Born2Elite
Crazy to think that at Mania 17 Edge showed signs of being a top star then 5 years later at Mania 22 he became a top star and then 5 years later after Mania 27 he retired what seemed for good but was only for 9 years.

Mick is literally the best guy in WWE to put a young guy over, he’s legit put over like 10 hall of famers
  • The Undertaker, The Rock, HHH, Randy Orton, Edge. Foley helped solidifying these 5 mega careers. Not sure if there is any other wrestler who has done that. Foley is a selfless legend.
  • Edge, with all due respect. I knew you would be a main eventer long before then.
