When she said “If I could’ve been a grandmother first, I would’ve been a perfect mother” I felt that. Sometimes we always say “my mama treats my child 10xs better than me” when in all reality they realize the mistakes they made as a parent and having grandchildren helps them realize it...that’s the connection that was made because Tracy is the only grandmother and her mom is one as well.

Now that Traci has passed, I am so glad they had this conversation. This is a great example of healing relationships because you never know when your time is up. Look at God!

"You were valued." I related the most with Traci. She was very successful. The only one married 25 years, beloved grandmother, fabolous singer, prayer warrior, classy hood, honest, loyal, and more. 💔

They don't value Traci, they treat her so indifferent. I'm so glad that Traci is now setting boundaries and letting them know that she will no longer tolerate being mistreated by them.

Thank God Traci had the opportunity to open up to her mom, and siblings about the disconnect she felt, prior to her becoming sick. Sometimes we don't get the opportunity to right our wrongs, then we have to live with regrets.

It’s unfortunate that she felt this way for so long. She endured being spoken down to and judged by her sisters on any possible occasion. We all could understand how she felt because we watched it happening. I hope Traci’s passing really brings the family closer together and help them reflect on how past behavior was so insignificant. RIP Traci 🙏🏽
