Thanks for doing the vid, John. A few things worth mentioning: You can purchase a phone "holder" and stand pretty reasonably on Amazon. That will make your videos much easier to produce. Next, while convenient, I don't know if it's a good idea to enclose this fridge. Cool air and plenty of ventilation is needed by the compressor unit. Then, one is basically taking a chance for $160 that the original board is bad. Typically there's no return on electrical parts. (You got lucky) Next, your duplex wiring is an accident waiting to happen! Holy cow, I hope that wasn't installed by a licensed electrician! Next, one should always UNplug the appliance when working on it unless you are qualified to do so. Safety first!

thanks. Helpful, but didn't realize the control board is screwed to the box.

Nice vid in the future electrostatic can be an issue so probably not a good idea to slide the new board around too much

W HAT IS THE PART NUMBER?

Where did you buy the control board from? I own a VT32 (probably mfg date older than yours) but the board looks identical.

How much did cost? Where did you order it from.

You fool! Everyone knows you have to disconnect the RED wire FIRST to keep it from exploding!
