This gives me a whole new appreciation for guys like Brock, Lashley, and Riddle. To be able to do pro wrestling punches and then actually fight someone in real combat is just crazy. The shifting back and forth between two totally different things while making them look alike.

I may not be a professional or even amateur wrestler, but I certainly love videos like this.

Throwing a good fake punch is harder than throwing a good real one lol

I learned more about striking in this video than any lesson I’ve had in person. Changed my whole perspective. Thank you.

I am in awe at how well you taught this.

Great job on the break down of the punches. I'm no pro/amateur wrestler but I understand the egg in hand punches.
  • I love these videos. This stuff is sort of like an anti-martial art. Lots of repetitive practice to get good, but instead of maximizing damage you're trying to minimize it. I'm going on 40 in less than a year and am probably a bit too old to get started (there's something to be said for being in good physical shape and free of nagging injuries) but a big part of me regrets not giving this stuff a shot when I was younger.

Man you blew up just demonstrating how to throw a working punch. I can’t imagine how much more tiresome an actual match is. Much respect.

The Undertaker has great worked punches.

KID KAOS! loved the work in the hardocre scene!
  • I'm an indie wrestler and I refined my punches from this vid. I get told I have some of the best looking ones in the area

He is lighting him up with those vicious punches!

Something I had down as a child with my brother, was our art of selling, we never listened to those commercials when they said “Don’t Try This At Home.” We knew it was an art not to actually hurt each other. Me and my brother always did this really well as children. 😂

I like watching your videos as they’re preparing me for when I go do my training.

You're right, breaking down the elbow is key. This is really good 👍👍👍

He seems like a really good teacher. Detail. That's the key. He gave just that.
