What about the verification sign ? i have access to both my old and new profile account on Spotify but only the old one is showing the verification sign as an artist. Should I reach out to them or will it be updated automatically? I donât wanna remove the old profile until this is fixedâŠ. Thanks in advance for your advice!

I recently had this problem. I went to Spotify Artist Contact and used the âMessage usâ button. At first youâll talk to a bot but then the bot will mention that you can talk to a agent if your problem is still occurring or hasnât been solved.
