  • Is it just me, or does Fred seem like the nicest person in the entire world?
  • @timidstein888
Could a video get any more emo than Fred from TBS almost crying whilst watching DC Vindicated music video!? Outstanding.
  • @aarodful
The coolest part of this is how much you can see his still enjoys the music even though he was a big star of the whole era. He is still a fan of the music just like us (if you are like me). He also talks very highly of everyone of his piers and pays respect. Mad respect for this man.
  • @lalalaheath
Growing up in this era you and Tom Delonge were always who I looked up to as musicians.
  • @goodobaggins
Geoff Rickly’s voice is so iconic man understanding in a car crash made such an impact on the scene
  • YOU WERE ALMOST IN DASHBOARD?! no way, you and Chris are literally my favorite songwriters
  • @kylehegedus5498
Suggestions: Manchester Orchestra- “I’ve Got Friends” Silverstein- either “Smile In Your Sleep” or “My Heroine” Bayside- “Devotion and Desire” Brand New- “The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows” Chiodos- “Baby, You Wouldn’t Last A Minute On The Creek”
  • @kurt1555
Yo Fred, we noticed the fancy guitar licks towards the end of This Photograph.
  • @AshTailor
Underoath Brand New From First To Last Funeral For A Friend Chiodos Make it happen, Fred!
  • God I love this era of Music. Its especially nice to see Finch represented. Back when I was touring, they were always one of the nicest groups of people to play with. Randy was such a cool guy.

How have you not done The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows. It's literally one of the best emo songs ever written!
  • @MikeP2055
Those "Emo's Not Dead" videos crack me up. And, yes, Quinn is awesome. He's my neighbor (sort of). And Branden is one of the nicest guys ever.
  • @WAGEWAR89
Fred watching his band at the ending parts you could really see the " How I miss them days" in his eyes. We do too man, we do too.
  • It was genuinely a little emotional watching you react to MCR here I was around 15 when that album came out and it was totally consuming to my life but when you’re that young you never really appreciate the time and the era I look back on those years with such a fondness and I can tell you do to thank you for creating this content it took me way back and made me smile so much seriously thank you fred!
  • Finch! What It Is To Burn is such an incredible album and one that helped me into the emo sound, along with The Used, TBS and others. It's such a damn shame they could never keep it together. Even Back To Oblivion a few years ago was pretty damn good. Sad they never figured it out
  • @visithere
totally agree about Quinn, his riffs were so catchy. i'm still convinced the "Let It Bleed" riff is in the top 3 to come out of the scene.
  • @Jeremyisbrown
'Understanding in a car crash' is still one of my favourite songs.

One thing I always loved about my chemical romance is their guitars. Always very tasty solos and riffs. Almost like heavy metal or 80’s rock vibe guitars, mixed with that fast power chords of punk rock and emo style vocals. I always liked how they blended a bunch of different styles together
