In the end you gotta play the cards you're dealt. you cannot hope for the world to bend over backwards to accomodate you, sometimes you gotta bite the bullet and do the work. sure more equality is ALWAYS better but one can only do so much to improve the things around them and easiest thing to improve is ourselves.

You're right Leo, as a brazilian I can tell that nowadays is becoming less about where you're from and more about your portfolio and work ethic. Of course, a lot of studios still rather work with locals, but If you got the skills and know how to communicate, there's a lot of remote opportunities even more with Covid.

Thanks for the video bro! I'm living in Brazil here and I have the same mindset. After some years working on overseas projects, I can live in my country and give a nice life style for my family. OPB is my dream job, congrats btw ;)
