Alternate Title: How to summon the gate of hell using audacity
  • @Mattikes
Side effects might cause nausea, vomiting, deafness, inability to speak, depression, suicidal thoughts, and or fatigue. We ask that you proceed with caution

I tried this with the Minecraft soundtrack, and it sounded like a suspenseful horror movie scene.

I have been bamboozled. But, I could see this "remix" as music for someone progressively going insane.

I can't even begin to explain the amount of anxiety the end result just gave me....

How to remix: • Raise tempo • Add effects until you can't tell what the original sounded like • Add drum loop (make sure it's really loud) • Raise pitch • Amplify drums • Drums probably aren't loud enough, amplify it again.

well that's.... trippy, to say the least. went from weird to straight up chaotic. i think it started to sound like white noise by the end. and the increasing pitch was really suspenseful. truly a life changing experience. i think i summoned some demons.

Sounds like if you get the microphone too close to the speaker after like 2 minutes

This was the best tutorial I have ever seen, thank you, this made my music sound as if it kicked god out and became the new god. Thanks, man.

Did this with dogsong from undertale. I knew what would happen. It did not disappoint.

Doing this on something-chapp, the first 6 seconds were fine. Then it started to repeat. Then it became punching & wailing, all in 8-bit. For a while it was just noise, until it hit 1:35, when I could here a chord becoming more & more high pitched with shorter & shorter intervals. The drums came along with it. Near the end it sounded like a motorcycle. At the last second, it drove past me, then the pitched sweeped up perfectly. It really did change my life.
  • 1. take your song 2.reverse it 3. add a metric crapton of reverb 4. re-reverse it 5 take note of its length at the bottom 6.paulstretch it 7 speed it back up to original length 8. pitch it down to 10 hz.
