For some reason, my wintools will only change the audio on Spotify, I haven't asked it to work with a specific app but nothing else seems to work, any ideas?

Ok so I just got one yesterday and one of the main reasons why I got it was to use it for my streams on Streamlabs and use the stream deck to redeem my channel reward (memes, gifs, sounds etc) so I won’t have to keep clicking on it while I’m playing a game and just press a button, but I can’t figure out how to do it! 😩 can you please help?
