That was actually very talented, I was pleasantly surprised. Well paced, good timing, good length, very good with the audience and funny. Though it appears I'm 13 years late to the party, I'll still say: well done!

This guy is a great story teller, I wish I had that talent, I always just state the facts, it really is difficult for many people communicate the way he has displayed in this speech.

Great! I loved it. Public communication is not easy. That was a great presentation. He may have went outside the parameters of the assignment, but he paved his own path. Dispute what everyone wanted him to do that was "successful" in their eyes he did it his own way. Self identification, passion, and selfless courage is exactly what it takes to be a leader!.
