40 years in business and he's making a fuss about $1300... Just refund and move on.
  • The reason Threasa is not there is because she is a loose cannon. She can't keep her temper under control.

when the son was attesting to the man's disrespect and condescending attitude towards them - he physically showed that's exactly what he's like.

His smugness just shows how comfortable he is in lawsuits. This was clearly not the first time he has been sued

I love seeing how shocked this arrogant jerk looked when he lost, justice prevailed!
  • @Ben-ze5jm
Him laughing at the story of how his business did them wrong doesn't put him in a good light

Oh sweet Teresa would NEVER speak to a customer like that! And shes so so sick from her stroke that she's standing right behind the camera trying to tell him what to say.

I don't know what Gaynor thinks he is going to appeal. There is no contract and no merchandise changed hands. Hat tip to the son standing up for his mother.

It's so easy to see just what kind of a person this guy is before he uttered a single word.
  • Nice to know she is still able to help him out while hiding after her "stroke"
  • @user-fe9dj6wq8e
Soo... this guy has done 40 years of business without signed contracts?
  • @PeanutsMommy
I don't believe ONE WORD out of that smug business owner's mouth. NOT. ONE. WORD.

Capitol Home Improvement was trying to ripe off the old lady. I am glad the judge saw through Gaynor Lorentzen's misrepresentation. A fair trial is good to see. It is good to see a citizen representing his mother get justice.
  • @hyondebbie
Love how his face went from smug to shocked at the decision. He was a total jerk. Don't buy windows from this guy.
  • @leonxpc1
Well you heard it here first. Never use Capitol Home Improvement.
  • @Zacht1980
