If you're ever going to do a part 2, you could add Dinosaur Planet (N64 version of Star Fox Adventures), Duke Nukem Forever (original version) and Thrill Kill (the original version of Wu-Tang: Shaolin Style).

Tiny Toons Defenders of the Universe is the cancelled video game that I wanted so desperately. It was listed on Nintendo Powers upcoming GameCube games for years, but it never saw a release.

I imagine the reason tiny toons ended up unreleased was because the publisher lost the license(they did publish a gba tta game that was also developed by treasure around the time dotu was supposed to release) after wb kind of lost faith in tiny toons after the failure of pinky elmyra and the brain and histeria(the retakes for this show were expensive enough to fund another 5 seasons of tta). At that point the original series ended almost a decade ago and kids wb started shifting focus to pokemon and yugioh so wb probably didn't see a point in releasing a game for a show that was basically only syndication fodder to the company(at that point tta was only airing in the big cartoonie show compilation series(which also featured looney tunes and animaniacs shorts) and on obscure early morning slots on nickelodean)
