This Dondozo Flamigo Strategy Is SO BROKEN!

Does anyone else feel like this generation of competitive Pokémon is way crazier than anything we’ve ever seen? Like the tera gimmick is barely mentioned because these mons are so insane

Its cool that Pokemon created a pair of pokemon that are symbiotic in nature.

In a vgc format that's somewhat risky since you lose two mons so fast, but in a regular double battle with a full team it's pretty cool, I'd also add Houndstone due to Last Regrets.

A pokemon pair that are great together and alone? now that is evolving from the days of the plusle and minun.

i already have all 3 of these on my in-game team for just normal playing through the game, i can't believe the potential i've been missing lmao

I typically run clear amulet and unaware on my dondozo. I get the benefits of being immune to stat drops as well as ignoring defence/attack boosts. I feel tatsu is really good on its own and I like using cyclizar to get a sub up. This Mon is Hella fun I love the fact it's an actual good strat. I love feeling like a raid boss :)

The powercreep in this generation is absolutely insane. They just threw the entire balance of the game out of whack with so much new broken stuff

If this does become popular competitively we might see Damp being run for the first time ever

I love Dondozo. I saw him and fell in love instantly as he reminds me of Jabun from Wind Waker.

Water types got all the buffs. Fire got very little. As a Fire specialist, this wounds me. And makes my mono type future include a LOT of losses.

If only there was a Psychic-type Pokemon that could copy those boosts and revenge kill.

I hope that at some point you'll make a video showing off the new hold item Ability Shield. If I understood its description correctly, there are some interesting uses and strategies players could run. You could use it against Lingering Aroma, Wandering Spirit, Mummy, Skill Swap, Entrainment, Gastro Acid, Simple Beam, and other moves. You could also use Trick or Switcheroo to swap this item with the item of an opponent's Pokémon to shut down their strategy of changing or negating an ability, such as Lingering Aroma Oinkologne paired with Slaking.

What's even scary is with dondozo you can also run it with an assult vest and use order up to bypass av to increase it's states.
