Duke went on the road to Miami and ran away with the win, 45-21. The Duke offense was balanced running the ball, as 4 different ball carriers combined for 200 yards. QB Riley Leonard racked up 61 of those rushing yards, and picked up 3 touchdowns on the ground. Duke’s defense collected 8 takeaways against the Miami offense, which was led later in the game by QB Jake Garcia after Tyler Van Dyke went down with an injury. Garcia threw for 198 yards and 2 touchdowns, but added 3 interceptions.
