I genuinely feel like the reason Lamar does most of the stuff he does is because he wants to be like Franklin but at the same time wants to stay true to his gang. Especially since at the end of this heist and afterwards, Lamar starts silently asking for cash and "a gold bar". It makes me think that Lamar did know but to avoid being shamed he went ahead and said the things he said in his own way.

20:00 i like how trevor pretty graciously passes over lamar's compliment of him to ensure that franklin instead gets proper credit for arranging his rescue. trevor values loyalty and has his own code

0:53 Tanisha in 2013 : I'm getting married with a doctor not a murderer Tanisha in 2022 : *Married with murderer
-
Tanisha is a very confusing character, she scolds Franklin for leaving the life on the streets even though that's one of her reasons of breaking up with Franklin, and tells him to go back to that life to save Lamar who has done nothing but try to keep him in the life despite it nearly getting them killed multiple times It's also pretty ironic how after everything she says SHE STILL ENDS UP MARRYING HIM AND HAVE HIS KIDS, It's Michael and Amanda levels of "How the tf did these two Marry each other?"

Every Franklin's "what" is hilarious
-
Franklin and Lamar very much resembles CJ and Sweet in what they represent. Franklin and CJ found a way out of the hood life and they took it; they're open-minded. Lamar and Sweet wanted to stay true to what they grew up in, so they're against any new ideas.

One of the best missions in the game, rivaling the heists, third way, and the wrap up.
-
playing as franklin in gta is so infuriating for the simple fact that everyone seems to hate him because he wants to do better in life but simultaneously take advantage of him because he's willing to help
-
16:11 No doubt funniest scene in the entire game. Maybe second after Trevor tripping over the fence.
-
I like to imagine how they will work, if Lester wasn't there. Without him I guess they would be completely lost in the missions 😅
-
This mission actually quite deep. Frank keeps berating LD about doing those stupid "hood shit" but it's the only way Lamar can live his life. He not cut for the "organized white collar crime" as how he put it, nor does he have a "mentor" like Michael to string him along and push him forward. He's abit similar to Sweet in a way, not as stupid but still. He's actually somewhat jealous of Frank success. Dude is a hard worker but he's still starving, this was prominent when he's very happy Devin got him some work. He wants big paying jobs, and willing to work and take the big risks, but he's painfully aware that he's not as talented as Frank so he takes all opportunity. Frank keeps saying that he's willing to give him a holler when he got some gigs, but he never did, at least not onscreen. The hostility stems from him being angry at himself for not being good enough to play on the big league by himself.

8:07 Trevor reppin the set will never not be funny 🤣
-
I love how Michael and Trevor are arguing like a married couple 😂😂😂😂
-
Trevor claiming Chamberlain Families is the realest thing I seen😂
-
CONDITIONS OF MISSION FAILURE Wasted Busted Michael dies Franklin dies Trevor dies Lamar dies Abandoning Lamar Arriving at the sawmill with a wanted level Trevor's Bodhi was destroyed Michael's Tailgater was destroyed
-
Love how they come to Franklin aid despite not getting along
-
Let's be honest, Stretch is the real punk for setting up Lamar and endangering Lamar and Franklin, is that what an OG supposed to act like?
-
-
You know, I hated Stretch for setting up Lamar and trying to have him and Franklin killed. And now I picked Deathwish and Michael had to kill him.
-
Franklin and Lamar's banter is one of the best things about this game.
