i am an old style classic designers, i have 12 years experience in graphic design, and really i can say the new generation of graphic designers are really very creative and fast . old graphic design style are not working in today industry which is very competitive and changing rapidly to new trends toward modernity and creativity style, old designs doesn't work today completely, a graphic designers today must have other skills beside working on design programs like drawings, sketching, graphic design principles, cope up with new ideas and trends, using latest devices of tablets, Ibad ....etc .

I'm a huge fan of your editing, logo ideas and just the whole overall process!
  • I also design logos but I feel that I lack the knowledge and skills for it. Watching you slowly break down the brief and showing a step-by-step tutorial on your design process was very inspiring. Just amazing!
  • @akashhgr

“Opportunity does not knock, it presents itself when you beat down the door.” Sharing some love from small YouTuber💜
  • This is one of the very best logo tutorials I've run across. The suggestions at the very beginning involving using the information from the brief and then and then looking at existing images and then mind mapping to generate ideas is similar to how I've done logos. I think this is the most valuable part of the video, the concept generation. Some other suggestions. The color palette used is quite important. I think that some discussion of the role color plays in conveying emotion or mood or feeling is an important part of perfecting the logo. If you have the freedom to choose the color, versus just black and white, then this is worth exploring in some detail. Also the typeface. Typefaces have their own personality and choosing the right typeface can really complement the logo. I've not been able to define any sort of hard and fast rules for deciding the typeface in one or two tries, so I cycle through them until I find one that "feels right" when placed near the logo itself. Your video is one of the best on YouTube. Thank you for going to the effort you made to create it.
  • @lovigarg6905
its great how this guys uses shapes specially circles and spheres it gives more dynamism to design
  • @emmuzeek
Thank you so much for including the shortcuts you use, or where to find something! It's incredibly helpful. First video of yours I'm watching and I've immediately subscribed, it's super clean and your design is great!
  • @celestialmaeden
Thank you Shantanu, I'm a graphic designer who really wants to get into logo design. I'm able to design logos but I believe I really need to learn more to create effective and impactful logos and this helped a lot.
