📌Ingredients:
any tea biscuits you prefer.
custard cream :
3 egg yolks.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
~ 6 and 3/4 tablespoons of sugar (85g).
~ 6 and 3/4 tablespoons cornstarch (50g).
2 cups of milk (500ml) + 5 tablespoons (75ml).
filling cream :
1 cup of mascarpone (250g)
~ 3 and 1/4 tablespoons of sugar (40g).
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
1 cup of whipping cream (250ml).
Topping :
White chocolate ganache :
1/4 cup of whipping cream (60ml).
125g of white chocolate.
Dark chocolate ganache:
1 tablespoon of whipping cream (15ml).
15g of dark chocolate.
some mint leaves for garnish (optional).

What is substitute to mascapone and whipping cream as both is difficult to find or expensive

there is no problem with condensed milk or gelatine.. in fact they are cheap and easily available
