I just want a more linear and present story and real dungeons. Keep the exploration open world aspect tho just make the dungeons unaccessable until a certain point in the story or level or item. Idk why this would be so impossible to do. We can have open world with a linear story easy

2026 is also the 40th anniversary of Zelda. I think oot remake makes a lot of sense and I really see it coming 2026 for all the reasons you mentioned along with the 40th anniversary :_nprimeTriforce::_nprimeSword:

Also 2026 is the 40th anniversary of the Zelda series and I don’t think they’d have a new 3D game in time so a remake does make sense as an anniversary title. A new 2D is also possible, but a remake would probably take the least amount of time to make in the window they have.

Ocarina of Time Remake in 4K is what the Switch 2 needs as a launch title.

I don't know how you do it .. Everyday searching for content knowing there's nothing new to report so you're just making stuff up. It's really hard and you can't use the words: 'massive leaks' every day in your title so you have to blablablabla for 10 minutes. Congrats. I couldn't do it.

From what I remember Mario Movie 2 is supposedly coming out in April of 2026, so getting 2 Nintendo movies in 1 year would be kinda weird

I do believe that one day a Ocarina of Time Remake will happen it needs to but I don't want Nintendo to take Ocarina of Time and turn it in to a Open World Game like BOTW and TOTK it would ruin the magic of the original Ocarina of Time and it's 3DS Remaster.

“OOT Remake” would be an absolute home run for Nintendo and make for the perfect holdover until the next big open world Zelda in 4-6 years. Launching it around the time the movie releases and with the right marketing, this game could potentially be a 20 million+ seller and be evergreen. I’m wondering if there might be a slight tease of it in the Switch 2 announcement, perhaps during a sizzle real of upcoming games. The hype would be unreal!

Switching between Link and Zelda based on the story could be nice. I think it could be awesome to have an Ocarina of time remake with Zelda having her own playable part of the story as an example.

There was a comment on Andres’ video claiming the “no comment” comment was also said in English rather than through the translator just like the “maybe” comment further strengthening the idea of it being a tease.

If we get an OoT remake from the ground up? That lights a small hope that we'll get a MM remake sometime after. That'll blow my mind.
