ShipYard Update: Our Bering 82 🙈 Eps. 60

The complexity of building a vessel like this is astounding, then Bering has the philosophy of "build it right and then some". We're seeing the culmination of a 150 year history of steel hull boat construction!.

It's absolutely crazy how much engineering and craftsmanship goes into one of these vessels!! Can't wait for sea trials!!

With all that stuff in the floors and walls for the running of the ship I'm only now beginning to see the true size of this ship, I can't even call it a boat any more. It's all just amazing to me.

I was worried that as stuff started getting installed in the interior, rooms would get small quick. That doesn't seem to be the case at all. She's still huge! It's amazing how clean they keep their work areas. Love it!

The quality of Bering is what has sold me. The craftsmanship also is top notch !

Such a complex process, the engineering and construction is unbelievable . Work site is always clean and sure sign of really good craftsmen…..you are so fortunate to be able to see this build as it progresses. Thanks for the update.

If by some miracle I ever get the money to buy a boat, Bering seems to be the one for me. It so amazing to see all the working that goes into building one of the magnificent pieces of art.

top marks for Alexi and his company letting you go round during a time of holiday, that's a very special relationship and one i truly admire, there is nothing better than the very best customer relations to make customers feel welcome and make the company shine above everyone else - i'm some other companies might do this as well, but for so much to be covered by video perhaps other companies will be doing this, but to be honest, the customers need to be as cool as you, you Nauhti-Guy's set the bar very high in my standards, your openness to share as much as possible, i know you are ambassadors for the company and will boost sales where ever possible, so i congratulate you both and Alexi and his team PS the boat is really looking smart - i had no idea the fairing compound would be so thick, i'm interested to know what this is made from, it looks almost like clay

It is becoming increasingly clear that you have made the right choice with BERING.

Seeing how much piping, cabling and wiring is behind not just behind the ceiling but under the floor makes me wonder how you get to everything for repair without tearing everything up. Wiring in side of conduit can be pulled out and replaced but when cabling is held in place in huge bundles held in place l with Thousands of cable ties it would be a nightmare. Plumbing would even be worse. It’s amazing when you see how much goes into building boats of this size. I’ve been following alone from the beginning and it’s just staggering. Man she got you at the very start. "Over flow tank". Do not feel bad my wife does the same thing. If I say I am not sure of some thing out side of our home she will quickly say some thing to make it seam as if she has it all under control. We have been marred 33yrs so, some thing must be working. So happy for you guys and the new boat. Great Video.
