One thing I like about the manga is how at first QB looks cute but as it goes on he gets more and more creepy while I know some people prefer QB showing no emotion like in the anime I like to interpret that at first QB was pretending to be cute and cheerful but the actual default expression he has is that unnerving grin and when he talks there is still no emotion in what he says thus adding to the creepiness
