Hey guys this is a new device for those who want to train inside. Sometimes it’s not possible to get out on the trails! Either way training is training! Not only does this device help do that but you’re going to learn a bit more balance being locked in. It can be viewed as a track stand trainer too. 😮

Two sticks stuck in the ground with a cane between them, vary the height of the sticks to vary the height of the cane, simple and costs nothing, plus it teaches you how to pump your bike on the approach to bunny hopping the cane, simple.
