The 70s was a live and let live time. The best time ever…

At 69 years I grew up with the music of the 60's and 70's as teenager. The biggest kick I get is my kids continually ask me and my better half what it was like to live in the decades when music was truly magnificent. They are in awe, when i tell them about the music, and the great times we had in our youth. I love them to death but I won't ever tell them that your mother and I experienced a world that was a far far better world than the one their growing up in. We thank you for this beautiful list of great songs.

Thank you for putting this together! Today is 6 years since my brother passed. I can still see us dancing in our living room as kids to so many of these songs. What a gift to me today. The feeling of remembrance for a time long past. 70s music brought joy to a sometimes joyless childhood, especially for my brother. Music soothed us into adulthood. Many of these songs I found on his iPod after he passed. Just truly...thank you.😢❤

Cada generación ha tenido su música, pero mi generación. Es, ha sido y será la mejor, con su música Disco y la Balada Romántica. Época que nacieron las discotecas, lugares de sana diversión donde los jóvenes pasábamos de maravilla, bailábamos hasta mas no poder. Al escuchar esta música vienen gratos recuerdo, que me alegra el espíritu, a la vez me da nostalgia, son 54 años de este género musical que hizo bailar al mundo entero, y como dicen por ahí. al buen bailador, el compás le queda.
