This song was sung by my daughter when my husband at emergency room of the hospital.He is now in heaven two months ago and my tear could not stop to drop to hear this song I miss him so much .I pray hard to God give me strength to overcome my loneliness . I'm so depressed and very sad and very lonely.Hope God will comfort me and my 3 children.and God fix our broken heart and comfort us.

I'm battling stage4 cancer right now and this song is so apt to me.....i can't stoo crying. I know that this arms and body of flesh are failing and i want the Lord to please let His Will be done as i am daily in extreme pains. More than a year later, and one notification brought me back here.. Thank God for life. He has heard our prayers, and we have come a long way.. Keep on praying all you Blessed people listening to this uplifting song. It was sung at my mother's funeral, who became blind two years before her death; one year to date later, I was in church, and it was sung... coincidentally. RIP Mom. Didn't realize I had so many "thumbs up." Thanks to all. God is Good.

On listening to Amazing Grace I feel like being tenderly told that I'm just now alive loved by God never living only by myself. I feel an invisible connection with the listeners sharing my feelings as well as gratitude for the empathy.
