  • These apartment buildings with units above carports should be required to install a sprinkler system to reduce the damage from these types of fires.

Kudos to the cameraman for holding the camera steady.
  • @davidperry970
Cars were a total loss long before the girl started screaming her car was burning.

I would never rent a house or an apartment that is over a car port for this exact reason
  • @liberatedwoman
This is why one should never live above parked vehicles, apartment or house! So sad.

A perfect example of how fast a fire can spread and how long it takes for a response. Having an accessible fire extinguisher can make a big difference.

Forget the cars I hope everyone in the complex and nearby complexes are safe.

As a 24yr.Fire Vet.they could used the deck gun to flank the fire,But what kills me is If you have an active fire already be masked up ready to attack the fire.timing on attack was so slow,S.M.H.

Insurance companies are now flat out canceling policies if you park EVs in an underground car park. Condo owners will not allow you to park EVs in underground car parks.
  • @jeeperp3926
The panic of realizing you only have liability insurance on your car.
  • To the person who shot the entire video: thanks for doing it in landscape mode. To the firefighters: thanks for the amazing job you do. To everyone involved: I hope nobody was harmed. Including pets (the lady’s cat amongst them). I can’t help but wonder if it was an EV charging that started the fire.

I brother lives in Studio City. I hope he is okay. So sad to see but people have to protect their life by staying back. Brave firemen working hard deserve so much credit and respect.

I hope everybody inside the apartments are OK 🙏🏽

The way the first fireman scans the situation was smooth 😂
  • @CVICTORW
Its amazing how many dumb pedestrians are casually walking by getting in the way
  • @user-ji7jy6dr8l
This tragic video illustrates EXACTLY why I would NEVER live in a multi-unit building with internal parking beneath.
  • @LoLasLair
I can't believe how fast the building and all 5 cars went up. I hope the missing kitty was found alive and ok.
  • @ingridroyce
The female screaming should not run towards the fire when she saw her car on fire as I saw her do two times but instead should help evacuate the building with all Pets.
