I love when the guide said...the culture of consumerism will not be able to sustain the nature...very true indeed ..

It's wonderful to see the young people appreciating the friendship between the people and their acknowledgement of the importance of respect for their elders.

"There's no point arguing with a babushka." I love this line. It's so universal. Makes me think of my Vietnamese grandmother-in-law, fits the same stereotype to a T. Her mind is fixed like a rock.

Dear Ellie I am now addicted to your blogs about your country, and this one showcasing the North Caucasus was incredible. On each vlog you interview many people, and I am amazed that there is a recurring theme through the young, which is the love and respect that they show to the elders, which I fear has been largely lost in the west. But mostly, as I have said before, you show that us ordinary people, in whatever country, are the same, we want to live happy and peacefully, but it is the governments who cause the problems, and who are universally disliked by their people. Thank you once again Eli, and as I have awarded you the Lenin medal for your work in showing Russia, from an unbiased view, I am now going to award you the Nobel Peace prize for your work! Greetings from Cornwall, England.

I enjoyed this little tour of this portion of Russia. As an American I can see that we are all together in this world, it's not the common people that is a problem but our leaders are all crazy! You seem like a very nice lady, and very beautiful as well. Thanks for the video and have a great day!

My family Koshbay was forced out of the Caucuses(Hatiqway) in Adigia republic back in 1909, I visited in 2003, and I was able to meet many members of my family and made friends great friends that I still communicate with. If you’re from the Caucuses originally you will feel that you belong there no matter what or how long you have been away.❤😢
