Tour the largest most expensive home in America. This 105,000 square foot mega mansion just listed for $295,000,000. The massive single-family residence at the top of Bel Air, known as THE ONE includes: 21 bedrooms, 42 full- baths, a massive nightclub, full-service spa and salon, 4-lane bowling alley, a giant moat and many more jaw-dropping amenities. And this video tour is like no other… our director of photography hops on a one-wheel to speed you across white marble floors while CNBC’s Ray Parisi and THE ONE’s listing agent Aaron Kirman zoom around on their own set of wheels. The home, developed by Nile Niami, was under construction for 10 years and being marketed as the $500,000,0000 mansion. But the home never officially hit the market because THE ONE and its developer landed in bankruptcy court. The mega-home recently emerged from court under a mountain of debt and now it’s gotten a giant price cut to lure in a buyer. THE ONE is set to be sold to the highest bidder at an auction that will start on February 7, 2022… The home may smash a record to become the most expensive single-family home ever sold at auction and if it sells for anywhere near the list price it could become the most expensive home ever sold in America. Take a look!

Imagine living here and discovering a new room for the first like 5 years lol
  • @Sammy-bi9fj
someone could break into the house and live there and the owner would never know
  • Imagine how lonely a place like this would make you feel

This is financial advice and I never give financial advice: DONT LEAVE DURING THE BEAR. If you don’t want to invest…learn. If you don’t want to learn…build. If you don’t want to build observe. DO SOMETHING…other than leave. There is so much opportunity here. Take advantage!

more impressed of how this was filmed than the actual house

This looks like a mini mall converted into a house. The outdoor space and views is what shines in this behemoth

Imagine telling your kid go to your room in that house. Like that’s a punishment. 😂
  • This house can be turned into a great 5 star hotel, there’s nothing homey about this house

Give the Cameraman a medal. He kept up with the host. Great work!
  • This has to be one of the coolest tours I've ever watched on YouTube. Is this how Mr. Parisi does all his tours? Must be a lot of fun working with him.

What a waste of space. You could have built a smaller house and used the rest of the property to build a mini forest with a pond and waterfall to give it a more exotic and tropical/lagoon like feel.

Bankruptcy? Say it isn't so, I am still amazed at the fact that banks loaned the amount of money for this monstrosity.

There is literally no reason to ever leave the house. Even if you tried, by the time you went from the owner suite to the main entrance, you would be out of breath, forget why you were planning on leaving.....and it would be almost bed time anyway.

Imagine how many people it would take to clean this house! 😳
  • @joegran
This place will be fun when it's abandoned and urban explorers are doing a tour, it's actually that already
  • @johnyu9745
Imagine losing your keys and trying to find it in this house
  • @osrsw6450
For just 300M$ you get to experience the life of a homeless man crashing in a mall. Nice.

Great editing, as always. The hoverboard/map part is hilarious 😂
