    You can do all this in Prusa slicer. Probably easier too and free.... Fusion is good but out of date for the price.

    Thanks for the quick lesson in Fusion 360. I do the same thing in Tinkercad, have always been afraid of Fusion, mostly because of their licensing. One other suggestion is to not use PLA, it really weathers quickly in the sun

    Lots of good info here. But a lot of time could be saved by changing the starting point of an extrude as well as using the combine tool to cut out the letters from the top layer of the sign. Also, no need for two sketches, one would have worked just fine.
