Can a Republican or Democrat that decides not to run for his/her candidacy too far in the game for a certain office really do that? I mean the people in this case voted for Biden so if Biden drops out another Democrat can’t just take his place because he:she was not elected by the people and the donation money was also not given to the replacement choice candidate either.
