No, THIS judge might not poll the jury. She is dirty.

No ridiculous background music, no overinflated emotions, just a great interview. Thanks.
  • You really can't put judge and fair in the same sentence if you have watched any part of this trial.
  • There are mountains of reasonable doubt on all charges. It is horrifying that Karen Read was not completely exonerated. The way the trial was structured and the confusing jury instructions makes one wonder if Karen Read will ever get a fair trial. Outrageous is a word I would reserve for the fact that the case was mounted in the first place.
  • So she will be charged anyway while the Albert's killed him....‼️‼️‼️‼️

Do you know what is disruptive to the case? A crooked judge.

How can the involuntary manslaughter charge still be in place? It appears he was killed (either in house or accidental fall outside house)—she merely dropped him off and left. Still can not understand how 6 jurors thought she was guilty of Charge #2.

The prosecution totally bungled this and refuses to admit it

A reminder to jurors, the only people who have been charged for assault are those on the Albert's side, not the Karen Read supporters.

My question is what happens to the people that REALLY did it?
  • @carrow1057
How did she negligently manslaughter him? Not her vehicle, not her fists. NO CIGAR.
  • It’s even ridiculous that we’re still doing this to this poor woman. It’s really ridiculous guys. You better get the feds involved. Somebody get down there and clear this crap up because that courtroom stinks to high heaven.
  • Hearing people outside yelling and screaming while deliberations was reported by just one juror. This juror was not one of the five that came forward reporting that they acquitted on charges 1 and 3. Witnesses in courthouse said that was not true, you could not hear the supporters, that the only time they were heard slightly was when they announced the case was dismissed due to hung jury. From the letter, in her own words, was watching YouTube, that were commentators for convicting Karen Read.
