You missed the part where they just started stealing his money and putting it in there pockets.
  • @Speedleking
Here in the UK if they don't find anything they have to pay for repairs. If they do it's on you. Simples. Can't believe if they go through the wrong door they're not liable. That's bonkers.
  • This is y we need to end qualified immunity!!! This way it ends up making them b more accountable! But he’s definitely making his money back! And I don’t blame him!
  • @DJDeezNutz
I love this so much, every music video is absolutely fire. The police just sued Afroman, would like to see your reaction to the lawsuit.
  • @BoogerDad
Cops don't have to pay for their damages because the state argues that cops will be too scared of liability to do their jobs effectively, not scared of violating rights, scared of being held responsible for it, when it happens. So in other words, cops won't do their jobs if they have to be held accountable for their actions...
  • @tylerking5354
Bro, all I wanna know is, are you gonna help him repair his door?
  • Still feels like the local government should be financially responsible because I don't want my tax dollars funding a police force that can't properly serve a search warrant especially if they were to serve one at the wrong address, I mean how much investigating actually goes into the warrant if they search the wrong house? 😂 As for afromans situation, I feel like they did him dirty because afroman smokes weed and makes great music, who would he need to kidnap? 😁😂😂😂
  • @maharlika6838
if I was Afroman I would hire a music truck to play this song around town just to spite the police dep. so that the whole town would know what to expect when their house gets raided like mine😂😂😂😂👹
  • @notebooks6461
You’d think they were raiding big smoke or something The way that guy eyes the lemon cake tho I can’t XD
  • @rw2382
The cops disabled his security equipment, and I don't see their bodycams, if they even had any.
  • @draytonc03
I’m good with them being scared to serve the wrong house…. They should be lol. Due diligence right?
  • @BostonRobb
At the end of the day - sovereign immunity shud be ended - it will make the police more accountable and not raid the wrong home.
  • @hobeone1192
Funny how it's not mentioned they STOLE his money.
  • @tuchesuavae
I love that he has made 3 music videos on this incident.
  • Steve Lehto published a video on an attorney in Texas who is suing to recover damages like this under eminent domain. If this is won and appealed to the Supreme Court, it could change this in every city in America.
  • The police office, and the government, and even the court system itself, needs to be able to be sued for wrongful actions and intentional acts. If they perfom an action in the wrong - i.e., they do somethng and the persson is found innocent or it was found to be served/acted upon in error, they definitely need to be liable for the full loss in materials, time, and emotional damage arising from their wrongful act.
  • There's an interesting law suit in the Fifth Circuit in Texas where they argued eminent domain where it was for the public good and should be reimbursed for house damages. The lady won - against the McKinney, TX, police dept. Of course, they are appealing.
