At first, the idea of us making a new album by Starset before Starset itself seemed like just a joke, but in the end, that's exactly what happened. We did a remix/cover in the style of Starset for literally every track from the MNQN album. Thank you for bringing us to this amusing fact. I probably wouldn't have gone beyond the first two tracks if it weren't for reading your pleasant comments. Also included here is the track "Amphetamine," which has been improved from the first version.

    Man this is literally so damn good I thought Starset was dropping a new album and damn near lost my mind. Then discovered this isn’t Starset. Didn’t know Dustin had a side gig.

    You know what? This passes. It's definitely not what MNQN was intended to be, but the instrumentals are good, samples are near identical to the originals, and Dustin's voice is so good it fits anywhere. Good job. Maybe Starset decided to finally release a single after seeing this video? :D

    I NEED this to be real. I'm not a huge fan of the MNQN songs because they are just not my style but damn when you throw the Starset seasoning on it does it go SO HARD.

    I think the big thing missing here is Dustin's voice being a bit more pronounced (the "scream singing" bits), but otherwise, very well done. The callbacks to older media integrated in is very well done.

    dude you absolutely nailed their tone! Their signature resonance between the guitar and bass, the percussive choices with the drums, the style of synth and orchestration. Sounds like it came right out of the Divisions era!
