  • Thanks for this tutorial, purchased a new beko condenser dryer this week . It’s our first new dryer since 1999, our old hot point tumble drier lasted 25 years .This video is so helpful and explains clearly how to install this machine, Thankyou

  • Was confused by instructions. This is my first condenser dryer. Thank you for you're great , clear guide 🙂
  • Thanks guys for explaining how to use it. I can’t even read the appalling instructions Beko provided!
  • @dann7598
0:05 he was so happy with himself for remembering that 😂
  • Thank you, just bought one of these and that unit at the front confused me. I am a visual learner so this helped a lot.
  • thank you. my model is slightly different - the control panel is touch sensitive and lights up - but you've told me the practical things I need to know about the filter. much appreciated.

thank you, very informative. I have just purchased a DTGV8000W Vented tumble dryer recently. I wanted to go vented so I could take out all the hot air and moisture out of the room. with our previous Beko Condenser dryer the room the dryer was in got quite hot and was giving out damp air. Also got fed up with cleaning the condenser every month which can be a messy job, none of that palaver now, all I have to do with the vented dryer is just clean the fluff filter and away i go, no water tank to empty either. So if people are deciding between a vented or condenser dryer and cannot make up their mind but the dryer will be placed by a wall with a vent to the outside , then I would go vented dryer all the time. (plus they are normally cheaper than a condenser dryer) I noticed on my previous Beko condenser that they put the 'sensors' (2 long metallic strips) to detect when the clothes are dry in the drum , actually inside the drum part , at the bottom just ahead of the fluff filter. Very easy to clean/wipe . The clothes would 'brush' past the metal strips so the tumble dryer so the machine would know when they are dry and should stop the dryer from drying. On this new DTGV8000W we have they seem to have done away with this idea now and have placed the sensor way underneath the fluff filter , and what I wanted to ask you if you have the same on your DTGC8001W where they have put the sensor under the fluff filter or the 2 metal strips in the drum part. I do feel that when using 'Extra Dry' sensor setting that the clothes come out dryer that when 'extra dry' is used on our new DTGV8000W and I wondered if that maybe had any bearing as the clothes no longer brush past the sensors in this new design ?
  • Hi I have had 3 condenser dryers in the last 10 years just brouight the Beko 8 kg and thanks for explaining the water pipe I got with it, it looks very simple to use and hope it will be as good as my Indisit one which I had for 8 years. The last one will not name brand as had lots of problems with it but other people never had problems as I had so ust not a good one I got. So far with the Beko nice and quiet and does what it says so early days but all looks good just glad I found out what the thin pipe is for, light inside good the last dryer had that but my indisit never rather here or there for me is a light if it as it then it as it ifn't doesn't matter. Anyway all looks good.
  • Looks a well made dryer love the light inside I have a small indesit that keeps on going but I do love Miele products
  • @petebest22
Thanks for putting my mind at rest 😊 it looked puzzling to me first off till u explained it 😊👍

Your videos are really useful. You highlighted two great features that I didn't know about - the light in the drum, which is actually soooo good, and the possibility of plumbing the drain hose into the house drain. Thank you
  • @ShehanRS

  • @Alex-jn1ez
Hi do all the models have a light I have the DTBC7001s but the light won’t come on when it is on and open and empty it arrived the 17/01/20 when I figured it out
  • @Snugsmum
Thanks for a great review I really appreciate it .. I have a question I wonder if you can help me with .. when my clothes are dry I cannot seam to turn of the crease guard where every few mins it gives your clothes a couple of tumbles .. can I switch this off if so how thank you in advance for any advice given
  • Very useful, much more than the manual! I wanted the drain pipe fitted, but had to get the plumber to change the fitting under the sink (it's in the utility room) as there was nowhere to connect it to. It's connected, but the dryer ignores the pipe and just fills the tank. Have we missed something?
  • Hi there, first i would like to say thank you for the review, secondly: does anyone know the difference between dtgc8001RW vs dtgc8001W? I’ve checked online and looks like it’s only the light in, the RW doesn’t have one. RW it’s cheaper everywhere online here in UK. Does anyone know any other difference between those two models please?
