Summary: "The Hindu-Yogi Science of Breath" is a book written by Yogi Ramacharaka, first published in 1904. The book is a study of the science of breath and the ways in which it affects the body and mind.

At the core of the book is the idea that breath is the key to physical and mental well-being, and that by learning to control and regulate our breath, we can improve our health and achieve a higher level of consciousness. The book explores a range of techniques for controlling and regulating the breath, including pranayama, the practice of controlling the breath through specific breathing exercises.

Didn't discover yogi breathing till my 60's. Via YouTube Sir, you have done the common man a great service bringing this book to light. Alas, you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink.

Hinduism holds the answers for the most balanced life (with your self and whatever is outside of you). We don't proselytize. Hinduism is not hierarchical. Our ideas are democratized and open to scrutiny

I listen to these audiobooks when I’m food prepping at work. Everything that we consume affect and/or influence our mind. Thank you for creating this channel which opened many doors for us to live life the fullest.
  • Books are vessels that contain all the information we need to learn/unlearn and remember. I used to be financially depressed until I read a book that made me realized that the secret to making a million is making better investments.
  • I bought this book at goodwill 25 years ago. Just because I couldnt believe there was an entire book dedicated to breath. Something I had never considered , had an entire book written about it. My thought was "good grief, how much can someone write about breathing? either you're doing it or you're not right?" 🙌thank you for the little things🙌

You’re a Legend, a 90 year old Italian man told me of Yogi Ramacharakas books. Said that’s how he was able to stay so young while being aged. This man had full strength, and mobility through what he learned traveling the world

I feel like I need to report my experiences with this amazing work. No less than five days ago my physical condition was at best 50%. I was struggling with terrible back pains stressful feelings in my head showing up as tensions around the eyebrows and face and lacking in energy all-round. Once I began attempting the yoga complete breath I could feel something changing lightness coming over me. A weight lifting off me. Waves of energy began to return to my system releasing tension and stress after maybe four days of yoga complete breathing periodically during the day and whenever I feel the need to my back pain has reduced drastically I can feel strength returning to the muscles in my back my posture is improved from slumped to now an upright and stable core. I can seemingly induce feelings of well-being merely by performing a few mine minutes of yoga complete breath. I think it’s safe to say that the yoga complete breath is the real deal and it’s probably why my body has been lacking for many years. I thank you very much and I hope to share this work with others in my life who are also suffering.
  • Not only did this shed a light on SO many issues I have stemming from my shallowing breathing / sleep apnea + poor posture from desks job etc… this page single handily restored my faith in the internet. ✅ love and light 🙏🏿 PS: I’m convinced the West is on a mission to decimate humanity under the guise of being civilized. Smh. Evil.

What a pleasure to listen to the words of Ramacharaca.50 years ago I had a collection of all his books back in South Africa which I studied intensely.Regretfully I lost them all but it from him that I learned about the different branches of Yoga and he inspired me to study the great work of Bose ; " Response in the Living and Non Living"

I'm an hour in and I just can't believe this was uploaded right when I was starting to seriously wonder if I'm breathing properly (as crazy as that thought sounds). Based on what I'm hearing so far, I knew I wasn't entirely lol. I cannot put into words how grateful I am that you made this one, I had no idea this book existed until now. Thank you for your time and dedication to this channel!
  • Me and this book are 100 years apart. Born in 2003 , written in 1903

This book is an absolute gem. Thank you so much for sharing this! Modern humans have completely forgotten how to breathe. So many diseases could be prevented simply through proper breathing and yet no one seems to have a clue!
