  • Looks like I’m not the only one who found the bicycle and sunflower fabric irresistible!
  • @faymeowsiumo
The fabric covered book and coasters are great idea! The coasters will be a great gift for someone too! Thanks for sharing.
  • I liked all the DIY’s my favorite was the plate that you made a pocket and made a beautiful arrangement of flowers in it...
  • Very creative! This past Fall, I used DT fabric to cover DT toilet tissue rolls to make pumpkins! Used small tree wood pieces for stems and DT burlap for leaves.
  • I love Dollar Tree fabric, and the fabric selection is one of the first things I check when go in a Dollar Tree store. Admittedly, if you REALLY look at them, they're not always the best quality (the thread count's a little light with some of the rolls), but as long as you're not making something that's meant to be an heirloom, they're a fantastic deal. I make fashion doll clothes and other miniatures with them, which means I can stretch my dollars even further, since I get multiple projects out of them. Of your projects in this video, I think the coordinating-book-covers-as-decor at 6:23 was my favorite. You chose not to glue your covers on, but it would be easy enough to buy a few "junk" books at a yardsale or thrift store, and glue the covers on to use them as permanent pieces.
  • The farm animal sign is my favorite. I want to recreate that for my mom because our kitchen is decorated in chickens.
  • I use the Dollar Tree fabric as bandanas for my dog. I also bought some at Christmas to decoupage onto the glass cutting boards. I did not get to them in time for Christmas, so they are on my to do list.
  • Hi beautiful awesome work 💜💖💞❤💜💖💜❤💜💖❤💜💖💜💖💜
  • The book covers are my favorite. I never would have come up with that idea. Great job!
  • Mam, I watched this on Saturday, 2/18/23 at 6:15am and was sure hoping to sleep in today but I have been up since 2:30 walking off Charlie horses. I am a warehouse worker and Friday I was in my feet the entire day on very cold concrete. I am back up for shipping and receiving but, was orig the only one in shipping and receiving for 8 years. I am the only female and all the men know I am a big crafter but also a pack rat. When we get hardware in, we get it in nice sturdy boxes with nice flaps on the outside and I have never brought them home until I moved to my "new to me" VERY TINY HOME without much closet and/or storage space. For my linen closet I have been saving the boxes for toiletries and crafts. I had planned on getting contact paper from Dollar Tree but now I think I will wrap them with fabric. I have enough fabric to open up a fabric store and to think before I moved out of my mom's house, I donated close to $7000 to schools and an upcycling place that has a store near me. At my job we also go thru Sharp tape like crazy (wide) and they are delivered in sturdy cardboard trays and it's cute as these rough tough counter men walk in and hand me the empty trays with a nice smile on their face. I wonder if they tell their wives about me. I cover the trays with pretty velvet (mostly black) and those are my jewerly trays for my craft sales. I have been beading since I was 9 and in Sept I will be 60. I know all I just wrote did not have anything to do with your video. I love 30 to 40 min away from 3 Dollar Trees so I do not go much. Last summer I bought a couple of the very nicely made sunflower place mats that I use on top of my 2 end tables by my couch. My end tables are 100 plus years old. I love your sunflower coasters and I believe if you put a small home in each one and a mobile for a little girls room that would be very cool. Also, I love the idea for fabric book covers. I make covers with my sewing machine for Bibles and books with pockets inside for a pen and a couple pieces of paper. But recently on my serving window ledge I have though of decorating with books laid down and little knick knacks on top to give some height to the decor or just books in various shades of blue and sage green. I have been hitting the Little Libraries at the end of people's driveways to look for books with colorful jackets but, have not found many. But, later I will go thru my fabric and look for fabric to wrap books with. I think that is an awesome idea. See, if I were sleeping, I would have missed these ideas. 🥰🖌️🎨 Have a great weekend and thank you for posting these ideas. Sincerely, Rebekah on
