RPVtv reports on plans to disassemble the Historic Wayfarer Chapel to save it from imminent destruction from the Portuguese Bend Landslide. On May13th Wayfarers Chapel Leaders and RPV Cit Officials announced the plans to dismantle the Chapel designed by famous Architect Lloyd Wright as a memorial to Emanuel Swedenborg.. Back in February, the famous glass chapel and surrounding grounds were closed due to the landslide that has wreaked havoc in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA and has resulted in a state of emergency.

Several people in another group contacted the chapel about the bricks. (I have one there as well!) They were told that the bricks will be collected, stored and replaced exactly as they are now- but at the new/future location.

Nobody seems to care that there are personalized items like the bricks in the ground that people bought for future memories and reference of their marriage at the site. I want wayfairs chapel to give us the chance of taking those bricks out of there before it all gets ruined.
