Pretty sure this is the elevator for arrivals from gates D48 and D49; and I believe it may be installed in 2014 when they introduced those 2 gates for international arrivals

This doesn't look 1999 to me. Looks like from the 2010s because most of the elevators here that are installed before 1999 had Vanity fixtures. (Like the the last one you filmed at this airport.)

I've been there for the Canada Line Station. I wish you did film the elevators at the Canada Line Station those are Really Nice Schindler 330A. Stainless steel cab but the doors are glass
