My 1st Fully Autonomous Waymo Ride!

Come with me as I take my first fully autonomous Waymo ride in downtown San Francisco. Yes it was awesome and yes I actually felt safe. I also did another the next day again with no issues! This is the future. Someday it will eliminate drunk, tired and distracted driving.

Nice, no talking to a driver, nice a quiet. Women don't have to worry about a molestation! Listen to music. Just hope there is no wreak on the way to your destination.

Hey! You're in SF! I've never touched Waymo, but thank you for showing how it works. It still feels spooky to not have a driver or any control over the driving itself, but technology wise it looks simple enough. Sort of like Lyft/Uber, but with extra steps.

We took our first trip on the 12th. Our sons took us to an Italian restaurant in North Beach. We’ve lived in the city off and on since’75. That car took turns much faster than I did even when I was younger. There are so many things to watch out for when driving in the City. Good thing the car has more “eyes” than I do. Glad you enjoyed your trip.

This is the future I want for all the mankind, autonomous driving for everyone, so we can save millions live every year. People are too dangerous at driving cars nowadays. Those autonomoua cars are the only solution.
