By definition, "unhoused" means he does NOT live there.

the fact that the homeless guy able to file a lawsuit tells you everything you need to know about whats going on behind the industry that is "homelessness"
  • @Ebolacrash
"Bay Area Bum sues next next door business in hopes a payout " I fixed the title for you ABC7 .

I'm sorry, what in the hell? Homeless have more rights than residents at this point...
  • @mrsleep0000
Or you could move somewhere else...the business provides more for the community than you do...
  • @JohnSmith-tk7nt
Why are people who dont pay taxes being taken seriously? Everyone should be suing the city
  • @01gsr510
The homeless isn’t suing lol, it’s one of those “advocate$$$”
  • Dont blame the tire shop one bit. There saving there ass. So go see gavin dude, hes got 24 billion for you. Legal business just trying to survive.
  • @rsqwerks
I know where my next set of tires is coming from.
  • @mrhumboldthippy
Insane skitzo disorder yet fully functional to file a lawsuit😮
  • Folks it's time to unite for a common cause and go buy tires from this shop.
  • @mrcpaddler
Playing classical music? What an outrage. They need to be restricted to more contemporary music. Or rap.
  • @DogWithHangover
I guess business owners don't get rights. Only the sacred cows of the bay area are allowed to have rights and tax payers be damned.
  • How exactly is this homeless dude able to afford an attorney? It's not like a homeless person can't go anywhere else if they don't like where they are. My mother's coworker was murdered by a homeless person after closing the used goods store he worked at. Tolerating the unpredictability of homeless criminals/addicts is tolerating danger, period. Cities and towns should do more to get these people off the streets for the productive and contributing members of society that actually form the fabric of a society. People are learning that the hard way down in San Francisco and Oakland where businesses are leaving left and right due to the unsustainability of absorbing all the thefts, and the danger to employees with violent incidents rising, which is causing citizens to re-think their kumbaya bleeding-heart voting strategy, at least it should be if citizens are smart and want to save the communities that they live in.
  • @abriamg
They better not give him / them a dime . They are slobs and have them clean up their crap. You go somewhere else. Go tire shop!!
  • @pinenkuo
IF he has money to sue, he should get himself un-unhoused!
