The original ARAH figure was based on Larry Hama, but Fred Aczon, who sculpted the Classified version of Tunnel Rat, said that he didn't base the face on Hama this time around.

that "sniper rifle" is actually a light machine gun with a scope like the 3.75 inch figure that looks like an M-60 machine gun.. that's why he has an ammo belt on him..

Already got yhis bad boy pre ordered. Loves his characters in gi joe renegades. And found out that he has trinidadian origins so as a trini i have more reason to get him. This will probably motivate me to make the renegades cast just need a duke scarlet and roadblock

Hello Bro, I have a question from Spain, I have seen that tunnel rat has a small size compared to other figures, could you tell me if Shipwreck is much larger compared to tunnel rat? Shipwreck is similar in size to Flint or Outback, thanks for your attention, very good review

Just picked him up only out in the UK lol came to see does his butterfly joints move... was putting the gun in his hand just as you say about stripping the paint lol he now has grey fingers :( Think the plastic for the hand is too hard vs the soft gun and small handle. No idea why they didn't mold in skin color and paint the grey.

The guns chipped at the paint for the original figures hands too. Tunnel Rat is a childhood favorite. I’m very excited to get this one eventually. My thought on introducing the window to the current packaging, I see them making a visible bubble on the opposite side of the artwork of the package. It would sort of look like they remove the rendered image on back and have the bubble showing the figure sans the accessories. That will remain a picture off to the side along with the legal mumbo jumbo. So kind of like the vehicle packaging in the days would have the render bubble. This will just be a window bubble. They keep the lockers or a box with the fruit snack bags holding the items.

I really like the look of this figure. Asians are often on the shorter side so his height makes sense. It's good that they've got a variety of heights with these figures. Any gummy plastic on this one?

His hight is correct he's short. Watch GI JOE the movie and you'll see he's a tiny dude.
