“This speech was absolutely, positively disgusting,” Mr Hammer told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“What Joe Biden should have done before he gave this speech at Morehouse College … he probably should have looked to some famous black Americans to see what they had to say about the American experiment.
“This was a disgusting race-baiting speech.”
