Gotta love it when people rub their seasoning in with their hands. SO many people out there (my wife included) hate touching meat lol even with gloves on. No better utensil than the tool you got at the end of your wrists IMO.

I bet Guy would love my Roast Venison stuffed with Garlic and Blackberries. I use the Venison & garlic-blackberry broth to make gravy that I pour on buttered Yukon Gold mashed potatoes. Served with Collard Greens or Succotash.
