When and how do participants receive the zoom link to join? I registered to the event I created and didn't see anything about zoom.

Great video! thanks! I have a question though. My connect zoom icon/link vanished! It is completely gone and I cannot link my zoom account to eventbrite. I saw the icon when I first accessed this portion of my event brite page. Now it is completely gone. Please advise! thanks (I also filled out the bottom of the page with the event image, link and description and pressed save and still nothing.

From my eventbrite - I just don't see the Connect Zoom option... I see all of the other options but not zoom...

Hello! I use Eventbrite to manage the virtual meetings we have for my work. I have a question I'm hoping you can help with - after the event when I pull the attendee summary report from Eventbrite, all of the attendees show up as "attending" without any data on when they checked in. From what I have read, once an attendee has "checked-in" via Eventbrite and joined the event on zoom, that should show up on the attendee report on eventbrite. Any thoughts on what could be happening? Thanks so much!

I have a user on a corporate account trying to connect to eventbrite to his user license. I have approved the app integration, I have given users rights to integrate app. I cannot give him admin rights. How can he integrate if he is not an admin? I noticed on your screen that you must be able to view all meetings? Does that mean all Zoom meetings? Going around and around with Zoom on this, then they are saying it Eventbrite. Would like to solve for him as he is hosting a webinar next month and would like to use Eventbrite.

I've always used the custom option on Eventbrite to type in my Zoom link, title & login instructions. But now with this Zoom integration option, I'm confused on how this is different or better for my ticket holders. Is it easier for ticket purchasers to login into my Zoom webinar if I use this new feature or same difference as b4? If I run multiple private meetings & public webinars on my Zoom account, should I avoid this integration? Like will my webinar ticket holders be informed of my upcoming private meetings setup on ZooM as well?

This must be out of date. My attendee event page doesn't have these icons also eventbrite says it doesn't work for recurring events

Thank you for this very instructive video. Problem is I don't have a "Connect Zoom" link under "Add Live Video" heading in Eventbrite online event page. Using admin accounts on eventbrite & zoom. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks.

I want to disconnect the Zoom meeting from Eventbrite. How do I accomplish that?

Unfortunately I can not connect to Zoom. It says I need permission from the IT department. They gave me that and it still does not work. :( :( :(
