the palm tree completely brought the summer house’s exterior together. before it was added, i thought that it didn’t really scream summer, but after you placed it down i audibly shouted YEEEEEESSSS! the brindleton bay look was perfect for that house!

I love longer videos and I watch videos in normal speed. But if I need to focus on my thoughts or if I want a break from videos, I just pause them, that’s the beauty of YouTube 😂

Create! Yes please to longer videos! I love your stuff ❤ Also my childhood home had 2 lounges a dining room and a kitchen downstairs so the second lounge got turned into the "playroom/computer room" which is where we had the kids consoles and TV and the pc, plus all my childhood toys etc

I love how you "create" your builds. I watch a lot of long-form content, and often watch in 1.75 to 2x speed, so it's nice to know that others do so, too. But your videos normally don't get played faster than 1.25. This was a fun concept! I've been downloading, whenever possible, just the residential instead of the rental versions of a lot because it's easier to see if it's placed right before carving out the rental spaces. I appreciate the options whenever possible.

Im pretty sure the save corruption due to rental lots only happens if you use the cheat code to increase the amount of rental lots allowed on a lot so you should be good with this lot being a rental lot as it’s under the 6 unit limit . I have no idea why ea even let that cheat be in the game if it could cause that issue and even if they didn’t know idk why they don’t just remove it until they can fix it or something.

Create!! :D also I have some little headcannons for those who live in each house. The spring house has a single parent with a business career and likes crafting and a tween who wants to be an artist cuz their parent is super good at crafts. The summer house is the family who owns the house block (and they're all merfolk!! :D). The grandparent moved in after the other passed on. The teen is a part time gardener for the spring house and the tween is besties with the spring tween. The fall house has a grandaunt/uncle who takes care of a pair of children because their parents couldn't but still visit a lot. The winter house has an old couple who love the winter time. They celebrate Christmas but always support people who celebrate other holidays or just don't do holidays (like get gifts/cards that fit for what the person celebrates) and they retired very recently.

My heart when you mentioned your grandparents. Mine also sat in their own chairs either side of the fire, never used the sofa 🥲

Creative! When my friends and I were in high school, one of my best friends bedroom was actually supposed to be the house's dining room. Her family didn't have the funds for a house with bedrooms for each child, so my friend, being the youngest, got the dining room. Thankfully for her, it had pocket doors which gave her her privacy. It was actually a really nice space and was conveniently close to the kitchen for late-night snacking.

I would love to see you build a neighbourhood on a large lot with 4 separate houses. Your style is so amazing so I'm hoping to see your take on this one day!! PS - Create

Create! If I was doing a summer theme I would lean hard into desert decor and sunset colors but I love the coastal vibes too! You could do a whole summer/desert themed house for a seasonal build🌵🏜️

Create, I kinda needed that… I’ve been trying to get into house building in Sims4 to help getting better with expressing how I really feel, and I know it’s strange but watching other people put so much of their creativity into a build is really nice to see. I know this is a strange comment, what I’m trying to say is thank you for making this video 💙

Honestly I watch your videos to fall asleep at night because I love your voice so much! It CREATEs such a restful atmosphere. Took me a couple nights to see the whole video but it might be my new favourite. ❤

The speed I watch videos at depends on how the speaker speaks. You speak fast enough for me, so I watch you at normal speed. I have to watch crafting videos for my work sometimes, and Youtube crafters tend to speak somewhat slowly to go through their process, so I usually speed those up at least to 1.25x, sometimes to 1.5x. Some things I have to watch at regular speed because unless it's a podcast, I tend to focus on what I'm watching. Something like a speed build (which I watch quite a bit) or stop motion is already sped up, so if I speed it up anymore, it makes my head hurt so that has to stay at regular speed. I love this build. I loved what I saw during a couple of the streams. The winter one is probably my favorite to look at because I love winter, and it gives me cozy winter cabin vibes. It's not my personal style, but I just really love it. It's quite charming. I think the one I'd be most happy to live in is the summer one. Just the color combo you chose is something I enjoy having around me. I love the cooler colors, so the white-blue combo makes my brain happy. I also really love the color variation in the bedrooms.

Create! The thought of this house is so cool, I'm loving watching it come together! Also I grew up with a computer room. XD We had one computer, books and encyclopedias, and that was all the room was used for. We never called it an office, always the "computer room" lmao
