You know it’s a good day when Dakota posts

Great video!! I hope younger athletes that aspire to play D1 watch this and understand all the hard work it takes.

Can't get enough of these 'day in the life' vlogs. They're so inspirational 🙏

In 2022 I tore my ligament in my ankle playing basketball and couldn't play for 8 weeks. But at that time, I had been so motivated through so many day in the life videos and felt like a different person. I would wake up, meditate, eat healthy, workout all while i was still injured. It was winter then so it was just a different vibe. I study harder and got very good grades but that was defeintley the most motivating time of my life and I with this video it reminds of of that. Thank you.

I played one season of NAIA Division 1 socccer, now I realized what seperated me from D1 athletes or even D3 athletes. They were getting a good workout in and working harder than me every single day. I'm no longer in college or playing soccer at a high level but this video has inspired me to be better everyday, I thank you for this video!

My day is going to go beautiful when Dakota posts

That's a lot of work done before lunch. Salute young man. Keep going extra hard. A disciplined young strong man is unstoppable. A lot of us had to learn about it as we got older. I love seeing it manifest on the next generation.

Please keep posting these videos Dakota! They inspire me so much on my own journey.

Great content man! I’ve been interested in basketball lately and praying for a morning routine. The lord blessed me with your video. I appreciate all the work you do!

man I'm a high school baseball player I've really started grinding, getting up between 5-6 and pretty much just practicing and working out until about 9pm when I go to bed. (obviously I give myself about an hour to chill when I usually go for a walk) man I've been seeing progress. Like people have recognized changes in me that even I haven't noticed. Things I thought I was good at got even better and things I struggled with are now better than I ever thought they'd be. Also it just feels so good
