I love two things here: 1: touching grass becoming a challenge 2: Mario kart 8 being nearly 10 years old now. Still looks good now. Shows how good the Wii U was at producing good graphics. Actually three. Your boulders are looking particularly nice this time of year.

The stuff in between cobblestones on maps like thwomp ruins, luigis mansion, animal crossing, hyrule circuit and sky garden is moss so you are actually good to go.

The "grass" on the stones in thwomp ruins is actually moss which isn't considered grass
